Cross Vigil Day 33

DAY 33: Friday 16 October

The day started with a young couple from New Life having their home burgled during the night while they were asleep in bed. Their TV, laptop, two professional video cameras belonging to New Life and their two cars were stolen! Is this the devil's ploy then? Anyway; it's only stuff, and stuff is replaceable. Thankfully they slept though it all.

An opportunity to speak with the husband of one of our New Life women. I know we will see him at New Life and believe he is not that far off from committing himself to Christ. Raymond did a good job at holding the cross as we chatted in the background.

        

Dylan is telling Raymond about the Starbucks. Raymond is saying, "Umm! I never thought of Starbucks!" Colin and Doreen are on their way to Scarva to bring Doreen's mum and brother up to Belfast for the Human Peace Wall tomorrow. That's just Glyn sitting there!

        

Daughter Paula & Willie & little Ethan;      Gareth & little Lily

First grandson Luke. He's doing his own sponsored run for the building fund. So far he has raised £60. He will put this in with the donations at the concert next Saturday night.

Final reminder: Human Peace Wall tomorrow, Saturday 17 October at 12 noon sharp.
