The following is for the attention of all Team Leaders and Team Members. If you should not be receiving this please ignore:
The New Life Leadership Team (Jack, Craig, Gareth and Jonathan) met on Saturday morning 6 March to discuss points raised at our recent Leadership Summit when Team Leaders and Team Members were present. We discussed a number of issues, but the main focus was on structure and communication. The following decisions were made by the Leadership Team:
1. That we revisit the structure already in place (see attachment)
2. That each member of the Leadership Team communicates regularly with Team Leaders
3. That the Leadership Team meets regularly with those Team Leaders of the following Ministries:
FIST; GLOW; JC's; and Revolution Youth
The reason for these 4 teams is that they cover the areas of men, women, children and young people
The first of these is Saturday 20th March at 10 am - 12 noon
4. A Leadership Summit will be held at least three times each year when all Team Leaders and Members will be present
Please note that if anyone has a question to ask or a comment to make regarding the function of their team and its activities etc the Team Leader should contact the respective Pastoral Overseer as listed on the attached Structure. Please do not contact the Senior Pastor on Team matters. If you feel you need to speak to someone other than your Pastoral Overseer then let him know you will be sending an email to the Senior Pastor for the matter to be addressed.
