I received a call yesterday from a Christian lady in east Belfast who had been praying for me and for New Life. As she was praying she felt God impress on her heart that she should anoint me with oil. The woman is 78. She had only done this once before, 5 years ago, with Pastor Jim McConnell. She contacted me with great trepidation and shared what was on her heart. I met with her at her church in east Belfast where we chatted for a while and then we prayed.
As she prayed she said to me, "Pastor McKee, God sees you as a builder, but you're at a crossroads, and as you stand at these crossroads you have a very serious decision to make. God wants you to know what you're building. He wants you to know that you're building a highway and you should continue to build this highway. He has also shown me a fire that you are going through and wants you to known that just as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were joined by the fourth man in the fire, so the fourth man is with you in the fire".
I decided to share this with those on my list as this reminded me of my meeting last night in Andersonstown and of my recent email stating "God is doing something in Belfast" = He's building a highway!
