James and Julie: It is with sadness I write to let you all know that James and Julie have lost the child that was due in February. They have known about this since Monday, but have been dealing with it before going public. I have been in touch with them since Monday giving as much encouragement as is possible in the circumstances. They have been staying at Julie's mum and dad's in Drumbo. Kathleen and I had dinner with them last night. I think James did most of the cooking! It rocked! We rejoice with those who rejoice and we weep with those who weep. Please keep James and Julie and the kids in prayer.
Nicola Anderson has asked for prayer for her dad who has MS and for whom the medicine is not working, which means he could be of his feet and in a lot of pain for months.
We had a good prayer meeting tonight. We prayed for various people and needs and also for the church, besides giving thanks to God for some amazing breakthroughs. I spoke on "Changing the world" by changing "Our World" not by trying to change others within "Our World" but by changing ourselves. Of course others need to change, but so do you! "Change MY heart Oh Lord".
Don't forget our late night prayer time on Friday night 10 pm - 12 midnight.
Jack
